The Faculty is based on credit hours system, and awards Bachelor degree after the completion of eight semesters and the required courses successfully.

The Faculty adapts two regular weekly lectures in the study of the Academic and practical applications:

1: Regular weekly program: an average of eighteen credit hours, spread over five days a week.
2: Intensive Program: (Thursday and Friday), where hours in the week are put in: Thursday and Friday, at the average of eighteen credit hours per week.

3: Corresponding Programs
Students can choose to participate in one of the three  programs according to their circumstances:  the regular program, or the intensive program &  corresponding programs .

Medium of Instruction:

The medium of instruction of the Faculty are Arabic and English; The Arabic language for the Shari'a subjects and English language for the law subjects.

It is required from the student to be able to use both of the languages fluently.
